Presentation issue 24º

We present the new number 24 of the magazine.

The monographic issue reviews different education systems such as Cuban or Estonian. The answer has said the call has not been the expected so we have decided, on the one hand, to incorporate the information on other articles on educational systems had already been published in this magazine (Peru, Finland, Germany and Russia). On the other hand, we have decided to leave open the admission of the monograph of this number 24 until the month of April in case some author wishes to incorporate some revision of another educational system.
