Participation of educational inspection in the process of change in schools

Abstract
The main results of a qualitative research developed in the professional field of education inspection are described .The data collection strategies used have been studying the group discussion, interviews and analysis of documentary sources.
The objectives of the study are referred to the role of men and women inspectors, participation in improving schools and identify service needs and establish improvement proposals in relation to intervention in schools. Also documentary sources used for the collection of information is presented as a strategy that will allow us to internally validate and enrich research study results.
The findings of this study allow us to more precisely the function currently develops educational inspection and identify possible areas or situations change.
