Abstract
En el presente se aborda un tema, el del acoso escolar, que ha existido desde el orto de la escuela entendida como ágora de socialización y aprendizaje, pero que solo hace desde una década ha preocupado de veras a la comunidad educativa, o por lo menos, lo ha empezado a tomar en serio. Las graves consecuencias que se siguen sobre todo para la víctima, e incluso la necesidad de tratar terapéutica y punitivamente al victimario, justifican una mirada atenta y profesional sobre este asunto. Consciente de la existencia de importantes estudios psicológicos y sociales que enriquecen su conocimiento, he intentado aportar una visión jurídica del tema, que pueda complementar lo ya sabido.
