Abstract
El sistema educativo de la Federación Rusa ha experimentado cambios en los últimos años, con el nuevo marco constitucional, derivado de la Constitución de 1993 y de la Ley Federal de Educación de 13 de enero de 1996, y se garantiza el libre acceso y gratuidad de la enseñanza primaria, secundaria y de formación profesional de ciclo inicial. Igualmente se garantiza la enseñanza gratuita y la posibilidad de acceso por concurso a la formación profesional media, superior y postgrado en los centros educativos estatales y municipales.
