Equality in the teaching profession

Abstract
The article analyzes, in terms of equality, the group of professionals in the education sector levels, Primary and Secondary. Through a review of the current situation of women as professional education reflects the feminization of the teaching profession. Also presented are the historical causes that have led to the wide presence of women in this profession.
