Abstract

Con el objetivo de construir participativamente una nueva educación comunitaria y productiva, donde se desarrollen procesos educativos que permitan alcanzar la formación competente de nuestros niños, niñas y adolescentes, acorde a las exigencias tecnológicas, socioculturales y organizativas de la época, el gobierno de Evo Morales Ayma hace uso de este instrumento poderoso de la educación en la transformación gradual de la sociedad boliviana en una sociedad más justa, equitativa, inclusiva y solidaria.
