A thought about school obligation, homeschool and school absenteeism

Abstract
La obligatoriedad de asistencia de los menores al sistema escolar reglado, de manera presencial se encuentra con la oposición de algunos padres que objetan la presencia de los menores a su cargo en el sistema escolar con la finalidad de que sean así educados. La objeción a la obligatoriedad escolar no está reconocida en nuestro ordenamiento jurídico y por ello se considera una desobediencia civil que incurre en conductas calificadas como ilícitas. Se analiza en el artículo esa objeción a la escolarización que no significa abandono de la obligación que los padres asumen al educar en casa con sus propios medios.
