Los equipos directivos de los centros como parte de la gobernanza de los sistemas educativos: el Informe PISA y los análisis causales

Resumen
El artículo analiza el capítulo sexto del volumen II del estudio del Programa para la Evaluación Internacional de los Estudiantes (PISA) de la Organización para la Cooperación y el Desarrollo Económicos (OCDE), que pone el foco en la gobernanza de los sistemas educativos, incluyendo a los equipos directivos de los centros educativos. Se vinculan las principales conclusiones del estudio PISA a los últimos hallazgos causales que proporcionan artículos de investigación sobre el efecto de un buen equipo directivo en la calidad de la educación y los resultados y el aprendizaje de los estudiantes.
