Abstract
The performance by professionals, who exercise educational supervision, needs a regulatory framework to guide the set of actions for the sake of rationalization and efficiency of the functions and powers they have entrusted. Planning must be understood in a double focus; on the one hand, as an activity of all the members of the Education Inspectorate, and, on the other hand, as a basic principle for the realization of a professional, systematic, rigorous, reliable and valuable work for the society it serves. Nevertheless, there is a need for ways of adapting to different educational contexts and areas that make the same valid documents that respond to nearby needs and that offer indicators to constructively assess their adaptability to situations applied. This document presents a small genesis of the evolution of the Action Plans, their justification and a proposal for a Plan that proposes lines of autonomy for the educational areas.
